Cédric - Sommelier of Excellence

Cédric, our professional sommelier, has traveled the world, bringing his know-how to prestigious destinations such as Monaco, London and Dubai. With his experience in prestigious establishments, including the Hôtel de Paris in Monaco, Gary Rhodes in London, and the Burj Al Arab in Dubai. He also managed the wine lists of restaurants, bars and nightclubs at Madinat Jumeirah Resort. Since 2006, it has been established in Beaulieu Sur Mer.

Shirley - Passionate about Hospitality

Shirley, a Hotel Management graduate from Switzerland, has a rich career in the restaurant industry. Their meeting in Dubai was the starting point of a fruitful collaboration. With her management expertise, Shirley has helped shape the customer experience within Cave de Beaulieu.

Together for the Love of Wine

Cédric and Shirley, both WSET diploma holders, share a deep passion for wine that goes beyond their profession. Based in Beaulieu Sur Mer since 2006, they founded Cave de Beaulieu to share this passion with the local community and beyond. For them, wine is not just a profession, it is a life dedicated to the art of tasting and the art of living.
